Shipping is the only drawback
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that shipping was not very transparent. The link provided for tracking didn't update. After a few days I contacted for an update... once I had another way to look at tracking there were no updates for 5 days. Reached back out and then finally at the same time I got contacted to schedule delivery. Just be prepared that LTL trucking deliveries are not updated like your amazon package.

Hi Mel - I'm sorry shipping was confusing. Unfortunately shipping LTL freight just isn't nearly as streamlined as UPS or Fedex, and functions very differently. There are a bunch of different freight companies throughout the US and they all have differing capabilities to connect through Aftership, the tracking system we use. We're currently working on getting this more streamlined, but we still have to rely on the updates provided by the freight companies. It's generally best practice to call the freight company for updates. Hope you enjoy your sauna!

Sun Valley Saunas was great
Sun Valley Saunas was great. TFORCE shipping kept changing their shipping schedule. Consequently the sauna arrived a week late.

Love the Sauna
Love the Sauna. Wish it was Bluetooth instead of aux. Other than that it is great!

The process of buying the sauna was…
The process of buying the sauna was seamless and the delivery was timely and the sauna was packaged well. The reason for 4 stars is the directions. We had to completely take the sauna apart and put the door on first, which is the only way for it to go to together, however, the directions say put it on last. I realize the manufacturer prints these, but I think that Sun Valley Saunas could pick up a little slack and put in an amended insert or a link to youtube video or something. We still don't have the monitor hooked up because we can't figure out how to make it work. it does not work by following the directions, so if someone could reach out and explain, I am sure it is something simple, that would be great.

Linda - I'm glad you're enjoying your sauna for the most part and apologize that the directions weren't clear or ideal. We do provide technical support through the brands we carry and are here to help in any way we can if you have trouble setting up your sauna. After a couple of conversations with customers I am trying to come up with a way to improve the instructions for our saunas as well though. That will likely come in the form of a .pdf update on the product page itself. I really appreciate your feedback. I will also reach out regarding the monitor and we will send out a replacement if need be. My sauna turned out nice when it was…
My sauna turned out nice when it was all said and done. Although the unit was not difficult to construct, actually pretty darn easy the directions were poor , vague and mostly pictures (not so good) The unit is not of super quality but equal to its price. I recommend this purchase

Lynn - Glad you're enjoying your sauna and I'm sorry the directions were so vague. I will relay that information to the manufacturer and hopefully we can get some more detailed instructions soon. Also, the sauna you ordered does come with a seven year warranty, so if you have any issues with it please let us know and we'll get it taken care of at no additional charge to you. Would buy from site again!
I chose this website to order our sauna stove after some research and this site was the cheapest. The shipping was surprisingly quick. We do have a problem or two with our sauna stove but that’s the manufacturers fault, not Sun Valley Saunas who just sells them. I would definitely order from here again!
