So far so good, had it about 3 weeks,

Company had good customer service. They didn't have what I had ordered but sent an equivalent sauna. Shipping was a little iffy but overall a good experience.

Very easy to put together, the reason for the 4 stars is driven by how long it takes to heat up. To get it to 130 degrees, it takes about 30 minutes.

Materials were sized accurately and easy to assemble. Installation instructions were easy to understand. Shipping pallet was broken when delivered which resulted in nonconsequential damage to one piece. Stickers used to identify parts were sometimes difficult to remove (suggest using a tab that doesn't have adhesive). Could have provided alternate assembly instructions and a modification to one part to allow placing the heater on either side of unit. Heating unit easily raises operating temperature to 160 - 180 where I like to use it in less than 30 minutes.

This is the first sauna I have owned. It was extremely easy to put together. Very sturdy. The only reason I dropped one star is - the placement of the heating elements- the 3 that are along the back make it hard to sit back due to the heat they emit. Would seem to make better sense to place them in the sides or higher up so they did not burn your back.

Sun Valley was great to work with and the Sauna is wonderful. There were some issues with the shipping company and getting updates so that could be improved upon. Sauna eventually arrived in excellent condition and went together in about an hour.

We has purchased this to be an outdoor sauna, but it is not built for outdoors in New England. Since we found a space to bring it inside, it is working for us. This was not a luxury item, it was purchased for health issues. And it is working as it should be. Quick arrival. But for some reason the driver would not come up our driveway, so we had to move it from the bottom of our driveway to the house. He could have gone around the back of our house, but didn't think he could with his truck.
