Before: Customer service is amazing. Before I purchased my sauna I had some questions and they were answered quickly and professionally. You can even call and talk with real people. Shipping: The tracking updates and communication during shipping was wonderful. Arrived well packaged. Getting set up: Set up definitely took two of us. The craftsmanship of the unit made for a tight fit of the pieces but we got it together. I had bit of trouble getting blue tooth to connect the first time. Again customer service was very helpful. The sauna itself: it looks amazing! Heats up well and quickly. The Bluetooth connects perfectly every time and sounds wonderful, yet sound doesn’t travel much past the sauna . I was asking is it too loud out there for you? And hasn’t been any issues. I love the light therapy. Roomy enough for 2 but snug. I use it several times a week and love the way I end up relaxed and rejuvenated. So glad I found this sauna and this company.

We received our Sauna yesterday. Was easy to assemble and works great! Our only hiccup was delivery, but Wes did great in communicating with us and once received, everything was fine. So trust the process of delivery even with the hiccups. Thank you, Wes!

Very happy with my Sauna! The temp reaches 70 celsius which I love. A few drops of eucalyptus essential oil in the water and off we go. The only comment I can share to make it an even better experience is that the pictures and details for building the sauna could use an update. It wasn't hard but it was confusing in several steps. All in all, worth every penny. I have two/three people ready to purchase one soon :)
