Shipping was fast. Installation was super easy.

Love the sauna I got, customer service has been spot on with any questions I’ve had.

Delivery was easy. I love love this Sauna. If you have doubts about this purchase, it's a great little sauna.

I researched the sauna I purchased on several sites and it was priced lower on Sun Valley Saunas than other sites. I thought that was some type of gimmick but then they also added a 5% off coupon. I ended up paying over $200 less than other sites. It also arrived days before any other site would have delivered it. I'm very happy with the product and the experience I had purchasing from Sun Valley Saunas.

Package was wrapped real secure and protected. Timely delivery and excellent communication. I Just love the sauna, I feel like you sweat more in this one than a traditional sauna, and it can be inside, no steam or humidity

I absolutely love my sauna from Sun Valley Saunas. I've added salt rocks and essential oils to my experience and the whole thing is a beautiful addition to my healthy lifestyle journey.
