Competitive price, good shipping; website is limited in details; customer support only for shipping
Well packaged Sauna and shipping on time; price competitive. Our two sources of dissatisfaction included 1) their web page for the sauna we purchased only listed one heater option and we would have purchased the upgraded one if it was an option like it is on the manufacturer and other reseller websites (I discovered after some questions I had for the heater manufacturer). We were on a tight timeline for installation so it was too late to return the original (we would have had to pay shipping); 2) a few replacement staves were needed but this reseller does not do any of that so you have to go directly to the two main component manufactures (sauna and heater).

Robert - thanks so much for the feedback and I apologize we didn't have the upgraded heater on that product page. We're in the processing of updating a lot of our website. Again, sorry for that. And, regarding the replacement staves, correct - those come directly from the manufacturer in Southern California. We do facilitate all warranty claims, though, and your sauna does come with an extended warranty through us.

Manufacturing Issue
The quality of the craftsmanship of the Roslyn Infrared sauna is questionable. The benches were not positioned on the studs attached to the cedar walls correctly creating angled seats and gaps in the appearance. The manufacturer said to rip out wood and reposition the supports —which sounds fine except it would destroy the cedar walls! The seller was willing to reimburse me for hiring a carpenter to repair the problem seat. Now the ionizer failed to work. I think it will be b nice when all is repaired/replaced and functioning properly.

Bill - I told you that you could return the sauna and we would give you a full refund. I also told you that I would cover the costs to repair the wood on the sauna that wasn't working properly. You told me you had already paid for the sauna to be repaired and that you were going to leave a bad review. I said I would look out for your poor review. To be clear here, as I stated in the email I sent you a few minutes ago, you can still return the sauna for a full refund plus 10%, and I am still willing to pay for the repairs you made to the sauna. I was under the understanding that the sauna was made in the USA. Definitely wasn’t happy when the box said made in China. I thought the company was a small family business according to their website. That’s why I chose Sun Valley Sauna’s. The sauna works great. Takes about 35 to 40 minutes to reach 150. It gets used daily Hoping it will last. As it is made in China.

Patrick - we are a small family business here in Sun Valley. We’ve got lots of saunas made in the US, Canada, Finland and Estonia. We also carry some that are manufactured in China with wood from Canada. They’re still high quality saunas and I stand behind them. Left couple VM and didn’t hear back…
Left couple VM and didn’t hear back from anyone . Had to email again asking for assistance. Technician finally contacted me to as to what to do next. New part came with more screws ,,, wasn’t screws I needed, needed electrical caps for wires which were not in the box as promised. Had to go buy the proper caps which was difficult to find.

Slow in getting back with information
Slow in getting back with information, no shipping tracking number, did not know it only stays on for one hour

Hi Jay - I'm sorry we were slow getting information to you. When you requested information about the heater you ordered we referred you to the manufacturer's tech support. Also, we aren't open on the weekends and replied to your messages on Monday mornings after we received them. Mostly all sauna heaters have a one hour timer. This is a safety precaution. We sent you tracking information when your order shipped out. It shipped through a freight company and I am the first to admit that the tracking with most freight companies is not as robust as you get with small parcel. I sincerely apologize for that and it's something we are working on addressing. I hope you otherwise enjoy your sauna! Wes

Canadian Timber Luna CTC22LU Traditional Outdoor Sauna
The purchasing experience of the sauna was smooth and the delivery was timely. Unfortunately the directions to assemble the sauna were awful. Fortunately I found a video on Youtube.com that helped me with the gaps in the directions that came with the shipment. Now that the sauna is completed I am very pleased with the product and look forward to many years of enjoying it with my family.

Your suana works great but I think you all should preassemble your out door Saunas before shipping out we had to customize the roof cuze it did not line up or fit together right and I wish you all would label your screws so you know witch ones spouse to go that way if costumers that don’t have skill might drill threw the building. I also wish you had little better directions to
