We ordered the 2-person Dynamic Santiago Full Spectrum, Near Zero EMF, Infrared Sauna during Black Friday weekend. It stated delivery would be within 10-days but they'd sold out and had to wait on additional inventory. It arrived about a month later and it was worth the wait! The delivery company called to let us know when to expect it and dropped it off in a timely matter. Packaging is a bit bulky so plan on having help to get it indoors. Assembly will likely require 2 people because of the size of the panels and door but instructions were easy to understand and it took about 1.5 hours to put it together. It does take 20-30 minutes to heat up but we've been enjoying it with this brutal winter weather! Highly recommend!

Love our new sauna, the ordering process was simple and straightforward with communication happening as needed. Shipping took a couple of weeks but was sent via freight so understandable. Sauna was packed well and very easy to assemble with two people.
