Great information and service

Their customer service is great! I bought a sauna from another company and could not get a response from them when I needed replacement parts. I called this company, and they got me in touch with the company I originally purchased the sauna from, and I was able to get what I needed. If not for their effort to help, I would have been stuck. And they helped me for no other reason than to be helpful. When I needed new rocks for my heater, I remembered their kindness and purchased the new rocks from them. I will continue doing business with them moving forward.

Anyone I talked with at Sun Valley were extremely helpful and very cordial when I had any questions and I'm not sure anyone could beat their prices.

The selection of saunas was outstanding. The one we bought was a very high quality product. Wes helped us with a special shipping situation, and our sauna was delivered exactly when needed for installation. We've had it in place for a month now, and we've used it nearly every day. Great Sauna! We purchased the Dynamic Santiago 2 Person Full Spectrum Sauna and set it up in our garage. The shipment was timely, the sauna was easy to put together, and it works fantastically. It easily reached the 151 degree max temp in about thirty minutes and does a great job at holding it. No issues so far after weeks of use and the speaker is a nice touch.
