I wanted to thank the banker that helped me with my concerns at the High Point Eastchester Street branch. I was recently scammed via Instagram, however, she assured me my accounts were safe. She went beyond the banking norms to counsel me regarding phishing techniques which calmed my anxiety tremendously. Knowledge is key and once you know you know.
