SunsingersReviews of sunsingers.com

Ordered snow globe 29 October with a 5 to 7 days delivery. It's been 32 days and item no where to be found. This company is a scam and a ripoff. I was told by email it was coming Iceland when in all actuality it's some place Fujian China.

Been waiting since I ordered on the 5th October for my product and still waiting. Website says 20 days delivery which is reasonable, I've way passed this now any emails just apologies and gives me an update on my tracking (there may be a delay) umm we'll it's not been updated since 7th November. Can't see a refund happening.wont be buying again as was hoping this would be here for Christmas I have had to make other provisions now

Ordered a product, a different company charged $5 MORE, given an erroneous tracking number, after several emails all correspondence from Sunsingers ceased. AVOID THIS SITE COMPLETELY. Through PayPal I was reimbursed but a valuable lesson. The site looked legit. Always verify your on line purchase places and NEVER order ANYTHING FROM A FARCEBOOK Ad! AVOID SunSingers.com like the plague it’s a complete scam!!

This Company are selling inferior goods, they advertise one thing and what come is completely different. The Picture i clicked on was what i wanted and when it came it was completely different as i took pictures of what i had ordered Which was Harry Potter Monopoly and i paid $40.97 ( £39.31). A Cheap Card Board and some paper money is what came, absolutely rubish. When i contacted them they said that what i have received was what i ordered which i could not understand as i sent the pictures which were very different, they would not give me an address to send it back for a full refund but just kept offering me a good will payment which started of at $3, then $5, then $7 and there finial amount was $10 (£7.89) which meant i lost £31.42. I am not happy about this as this was a gift for my grandchildren and being on a minimum income is a lot to use I will never use this company again and advise you to be very weary about them as well

Absolute scam, ordered weeks ago, received an email saying it had been delivered. When I pushed it was given an erroneous tracking number, sent emails, responses kept saying it’s been delivered, final email sent to them bounced back, now can’t get in touch with them at all, stay away from this Company at all costs.

Absolute scammers, ordered Harry Potter Monopoly for my son, it hasn’t arrived 6 weeks later and they are refusing to refund me stating it’s not their fault it’s lost! I see from other reviews the product is extremely poor quality anyway, do not use this company UPDATE: for anyone reading this who used PayPal, I received an immediate refund via PP as soon as I requested one so I suspect PP know and are dealing with this scam, please request a refund via PP if you paid in this way, you will get all your money back

Bought a Harry Potter monopoly what a piece of absolute shit . It is a bit of ply 8 inches square with bits of paper for cards and what have you . Cost $51 USD and $76 AUD have been I touch with them asking for return address and they are refusing to send it to me instead they have offered me $17 USD in return they have told me it will cost me to much to return it to there Chinese warehouse. I don’t care what it costs me to return it it’s the principle of the matter. They are absolute arse holes something is not right. Please beware of this company

I ordered what was claimed to be Harry Potter Monopoly - absolute rubbish. Board 20 cm square, no rules, no tokens, properties or money. They had the nerve to try and fob me off with 5 USD as compensation after paying nearly 80 AUD to get this piece of rubbish.
