Company claims purchased item shipped, no updates about delivery. The only response i receive about status, is a rubber stamp response. Lacking real customer service.

Poor customer service!! Ordered 2 NFL Stove Lamps at the end of September 2024. Still hasn't arrived. When reaching out to request a refund, they said they were unable to because items were already sent. There is no updates on the tracking site as of November 24th, which stated it was in Honolulu. Definitely a scam. I wouldn't advise ordering anything from this company

I ordered an NFL lamp/stove on Oct.29,2024. Its origin was from Spain. It arrived at a sorting facility in Tulsa,OK. on Nov.25,2024. Since then there has been no updates or movement. I have written several times to customer service. They said they would send another one out. They never did. When I asked for a refund, they said '' The package is still in transit and therefore no refund. So I guess a year from now when it stills says in transit I still won't get a refund. SMH !

Only given 1 star as can't give a zero. Ordered an expensive pair of Jurassic Park Crocs 6 weeks ago ready for Christmas, the tracking stated they came to Australia 3 weeks ago, where they apparently haven't moved since - only automated email response. Requested a refund from PayPal. Scammers - taking money and not delivering the goods. See that I am not the only one here.

Jurrasic park crocks are fictional of coarse at this place,This company could actually send goods out that would be a start,from day 1 its been a joke,seriously dont buy from these ,i do give companys like this the benefit of the doubt but after this experience no more,i did read the reviews and i thort what the hell ill buy and take my chances but that was a bad decision believe me,ive contacted them a lot of times and they have answered ,probley a robot because they have no heart of coarse,they said they have cancelled the order and refunded me after a month but that hasnt happened and that was over a week ago,just lies and scammers,paypal has been informed now and ime sure they have heard it many times so why dont they do something about it i wonder,this company needs to be shut down to avoid more incidents like this and as for the reviews ther obviously an inside job with people with no heart,pathetic pfffff,

Ordered Jurassic crocs for Christmas 6 weeks ago. The tracking says went to a different part of New Zealand and stopped. I wrote to Sunsingers and said they would send another pair. Nothing. No communication. SCAM ALERT.

This is nothing but a HUGE SCAM. They aren't a real business, their addresses are fake, their phone number is fake. I placed an order over a month ago and still nothing. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR SCAM.
