They definitely made the process easier to manage. It was great to know things were going to be taken care of and that they would be on hand to help if any issues came up. We actually had a few issues with state filings that came up a year and closing the business and Sunset was still there and responsive in taking care of them.

I honestly can’t recommend Sunset enough. They helped me wind down my previous startup, and the entire process was way smoother than I expected. Communication was excellent throughout — super responsive, proactive, and always willing to jump on questions or explain what needed to happen next. What has really stood out though is that their support didn’t just end once the company was dissolved. It’s been almost two years, and they’ve still been helping me navigate random IRS requests and all the weird edge cases and issues that inevitably come up when unwinding a C-corp. Every time something pops up, they’re there to help and point me in the right direction. If you’re a founder who unfortunately needs to wind down a company, these are absolutely the people you want helping you through it.
