Winding down a company is clearly not a desired outcome. That said, the Sunset folks, from the onset, have been kind, knowledgable, and patient through each stage of a very opaque wind down process. It's been extremely valuable to have partnered with them from both a consultative, as well as a 'get stuff done' perspective.
