SPF Screens & AwningsReviews of sunprotection.com

Taylor came out to do my screen estimation and product selection. She was friendly and professional start to finish. She helped me through the process with honest opinions and guidance. She made the experience first rate. I would recommend SPF screens to everyone.

Team was great! Step by step the entire process was simple. From the ease of requesting an estimate online, to the quick response to set an appointment, the punctuality of the sales team to inspect and provide an estimate, the timeline provided for production was accurate, to finally the instillation, the entire process was flawless. This was a very professional organization.

Professionalism and reliability

Everything the agent said they would do they did from the initial contact to the installation.the process was efficient and service was outstanding .I am very pleased with the outcome .

We were looking for an awning for our lanai space and were contacted back quickly by SPF. We were impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the sales consultant, we were able to choose from a variety of high quality samples the consultant had brought with him. Our awning was successfully installed within 6 weeks and looked exactly as we had ordered. The installation team did a fantastic job and gave us detailed instructions. We are very happy with SPF and would recommend.

Expert installation

The screens and construction are great, really loving them however the installation crew needs to bring a shop vac and vacuum the patio and driveway. They left A LOT of aluminum shavings everywhere. Also, I know I have a bright personality but it doesn't work on seeing the remotes in the shade or dark. The remotes work very well but no backlit display makes looking at them agonizing trying to figure out which number screen to go up or down.

SPF did a great job of informing me of the product, my options and showing an example of the housing and mechanism of the roll down screen we purchased. The electrician did a quick and efficient job of installing the outlets and the installation crew was EXCELLENT. We are really pleased with the 3 large screens in our lanai. They look great and function perfectly.
