My initial call to Sunpass for help with my account was terrible. When I tried again the next day, I was blessed with an agent named Mackinson. He was incredibly helpful, professional and kind. Mackinson fixed my issue and guided me as to how to make further corrections on my own in the future. He is an exemplary Sunpass employee and could train your other agents on how to be a helpful agent as well. Thank you Sunpass for hiring such a great agent as Mackinson. I am grateful for his patience.

I've been using sunpass for 10 years now and upgraded to the pro model so it can work in other states as I travel. Recently when renewing my registration, a license plate with new number and driver license with new number were issued to me (recent law change 2024) - so I had to upgrade the information for my sunpass. I went in person to the Glades Rd/Boca Raton site, and dealt with Emmanuel. He was pleasant and efficient and I just want to give him credit for a job very well done and make his managers aware !

I received a Toll enforcement notification, and I noticed that, 1) The picture of the car, was not my car! 2) I have an active Sunpass Transponder, which would have paid my toll 3) I live 4+ hours North of the toll site. I filed a service request dispute, and I received a response that they closed my case, unable to process, because it was my plate number. I called back again and spoke with Jessica Marie Hagins. I told the 3 reasons why this is not my car, nor me going through the toll. She looked at the picture closely and could see that a letter of the plate had a glare and the letter was "R" instead of a "P". She is submitting to my service request file, that the plate number listed on the Toll Enforcement Invoice, is a plate misread! I have so very grateful for Jessica Marie Hagins!

SunPass website is discrimination against seniors. The website is impossible to navigate and it doesn't know what's going on with it's a.i. almost impossible to put bank account on SunPass account and it's also not safe. BUT SunPass is convenient the Florida turnpike is great except it's too crowded now many accidents more than any highway in the land so says Google. Turnpike tow trucks are the best!!! The plazas are beautiful and so convenient. If it has a Dunkin I will be there!!! They offer healthy food!!! Except for the website I love my Florida Turnpike.
