JUST DONT!!! If possible would leave a -0. The Custm svs is a dumpster fire. The site to report discrepancies (not sure how but exceeded the awfulness of trying to talk with agents) that are not afraid to have attitude. Have never been able to upload documents to file the ticket. Way to go SunPsss you have proven your useless self.

They keep sending me toll enforcement invoices. I don't live in Florida and haven't been to Florida since Oct 2025. My account is CLOSED. I just logged another complaint with the Better Business Bureau on them for this continued harassment of unpaid tolls. You MUST address the notices or the fees keep increasing and ultimately will affect your CREDIT. They are a HORRIBLE company. Last BBB complaint response from them was they would fix this and the DID NOT. I'm surprised there isn't a Class Action Lawsuit on them for this. Maybe I need to start one.

They are literally a JOKE! Telling me i have outstanding fees of $60+ when i literally pay every time I receive a bill. Then continue to say I owe $36 on a separate account that I just received a bill for, and that’s not even the same number on the bill! The bill is literally showing a payment I made, plus my balance, is what I owe…um, NO! Lady on the phone wouldn’t even let me talk.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Sunpass is the absolute worst. nothing ever works. i’m convinced they’ve built this system that prevents you from paying your bills so that you rack up huge bills and they can get money from you. defintely something sketchy going on. avoid at all costs

I received an invoice from E-pass for unpaid tolls. I called E-pass, who confirmed the dates for the charges. All these dates and times showed as paid on my Sun pass. I called Sun Pass, and they told me it's an E-Pass problem, not their problem. Great customer service! I paid the E-pass bill and canceled my account. I'm tired of double-paying tolls.

Non-existent Customer Service. If there was a viable alternative to use in Florida [visiting from the UK] I would. To cap it all, it is no longer possible to access their website from the UK - and they can't respond to their error message!

This is the worst customer service I have experienced in quite a long time. I requested that they review my bill because I paid cash on a busy holiday weekend. No one knew what lane to be in until it was too late. They would have had a massive traffic jam if vehicles had been trying to switch lanes when drivers realized which lane they needed to be in. There was an attendant in the electronic lane taking cash/card payments to help shuffle traffic through. I paid cash and received a bill in the mail anyway. If you are not going to acknowledge my cash payment and bill me anyway, then dont take my $! Let me put my vehicle in reverse and cause a massive traffic jam and shut the entire lane down til i can maneuver my vehicle to a lane that I can pay cash/card! This sounds like it could turn into a massive lawsuit. These poor reviews seem to be the norm.
