I ordered a jacket didn’t receive for three weeks after they charged my credit card so I canceled my order

sunny sports....good company and product line. warning your order will take at least one month to arrive. slowest warehouse on earth. also do not bother calling about your order another 2 day's I heard many times. company cares more about it's stockholders than it's customer's 57% bad ratings is understandable.

Placed an order for shoes. They charged my card and then canceled my order without notifying me. The next day send me an email that the product I order is available. Call my card company to warn of suspicious charges. Their customer service made excuses but did nothing to help fix the situation. Wouldn't order from them.

Ordered a pair of snowshoes, they sent emails assuring me they had the product in stock, assigned me a personal shopping assistant who kept trying to get me to order more things, bombarded me with emails to come back to their website, did everything but fulfill my order. Most all internet orders either send you your order or tell you it's out of stock, not these guys, complete waste of time, do not order from this company.

I ordered a Thermarest Xlite pad in a size regular/wide as a Christmas gift. On Christmas they opened the pad and found a used size small pad with the old style valve. Rather then send me the proper mat and honor the price they refunded my money. They claimed all of their stock was like this, yet the size regular/wide is still for sale on their site. They screwed up Christmas and left me embarrassed for giving a used pad in the wrong size as a gift.

Bought a pair of boots from this company. Were not as advertised. Return policy is a nightmare. Even after calling them, they could only email me the same instructions on website. Will never do business with this company again.

I ordered a t -shirt I finally got it a month later. The printing on the shirt was poor quality. It came from some (Hispanic name) in Califfornia. There were skips in the ink wording on the shirt. Must have been silk screened in somebody's garage. I don't trust this outfit.

Ordered GE RPWFE refrigerator filters and received unmarked, unboxed blank cartridges. They look like the blank cartridges the manufacturer puts in the refrigerator in place of a filter when they are shipped. Definitely not the filters pictured and advertised on their web site. Have filed a claim through Paypal. Only General Electric PRWFE filters work in my refrigerator due to a chip and these I can not use
