Scam. When you transfer bitcoin to them it dissapears and never shows on their side. SCAM! Trying to get it back is also useless. You should see how the customer representatives talk to customers in emails. I have pages of horrible customer service. Been 2 weeks of back and forth now since I transfered the bitcoin on the 5th of November, finally giving up now EDIT: Eventually received my refund after notifying them of my complaint EDIT 2: My review stays.
