An absolute recommendation
I highly recommend the extensions of Sunny Hair; the quality is very good and the prices affordable. I was pleasantly surprised regarding their service; they were very flexible in the exchange of a product that I ordered wrong, with a a clear procedure and communication at every step. Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. I placed an order on October 21 & opted for the 3-5 day shipping. It’s November 3 & I still haven’t received my order. I’ve made several attempts to reach out to the company & the only thing they said on October 29th was that they were gonna look into it. Still nothing.
