I purchased the Sun Joe SPX3000 Xtreme pressure washer from Home Depot in June 2023. The unit has been used only four or five times for very light residential cleaning. Recently, when connecting the garden hose, water immediately started leaking from inside the machine and nothing came out of the spray wand. The washer will not build pressure because the water is leaking internally. Given how little the machine has been used, this points to a serious durability issue with the pump or internal components. I contacted Snow Joe / Sun Joe support expecting to be able to purchase replacement parts or get help diagnosing the problem. Unfortunately they told me they could not provide parts and offered no repair options or goodwill replacement. A pressure washer that fails after a handful of uses and cannot be repaired because parts are unavailable is disappointing. Customer support was not helpful and provided no practical solution. Based on my experience I would recommend considering other brands that offer better durability and parts support.

I owned Sunjoe pw for 1 1/2 years and used at leased 7 times to clean small patios and siding. It worked great on these occasions. This Spring, the engine turned on, but no pressure. Had to junk the machine. Very disappointed!
