I love the glasses and so did the kids. However they were very cheap quality. Several pair were broken upon arrival causing me not have enough for the party and several broke as the kids wore them....made it very disappointing.

Sunglass Ville rushed the production and shipping of my order and I received the sunglasses on time! Thank you so much for getting them here on the projected timeline. However, I was not totally satisfied with the quality of the product. Every pair of sunglasses was scratched on one of the lenses. I sent them an email with attached photos, and have yet to hear back. I had a hard time explaining this to my clients, as we went through the whole bag to try and find them a pair that were not scratched. I would appreciate being compensated for the poor quality. I love the product but my organization's reputation has been put in question!

Everything went great thru the ordering process. However, when it came to billing and payment... Once they had my credit card info, the positive customer service experience was over. I specifically requested a break-down of all charges, showing specific production and shipping charges for each version of the sunglasses I ordered. It was promised to me ("No problem!") but I am still waiting..... and waiting..... and waiting.

The product was great quality. However, the customer service was inflexible at best, and completely not interested in my timetable at worst. I will buy from Sunglassville again, but I hope that the customer service is 100% better because it will be my last purchase.
