This company is very suspect. I feel like I was the victim of the classic bait and switch scheme. I placed an order for a coffee table that had a "coupon" for around 28% off. I got an email 3 days later that my order had been cancelled because the product was no longer available. I went back to the website, and just like the day I ordered, it was still showing in stock with 26 available. I called customer service, and they told me that the item was no longer available at the price I ordered at, so the system automatically cancelled my order. However, I was welcome to re-order it with the new "coupon" at 11% off, which by the way, made my total over $100 more. The rep apologized, but was very matter of fact, blamed the "system" and didn't offer any resolution except suggesting I reorder at the higher price. This was my first experience with this online retailer, and it will be my last. There are many others out there to choose from. Edited to include response to Sundial's reply: While I appreciate the swift reply, it just reiterates what I was told by customer service. It doesn't actually explain anything, and in fact, points the finger back at me like I am at fault for misunderstanding. Your website automatically applies the available coupon to an order. Nothing was entered on my part to receive the discount. I simply added the item to my cart and checked out. So, the million dollar question is...How was I able to complete the order on your website using an expired coupon that was automatically applied?

I ordered a Pendant Light on 11/29 and received a shipping notice for 12/2. It was then changed to 12/11. It is 1/6 and still has not shipped. I have called Sundial 3 times. They say it was shipped but was ‘undeliverable” even though the UPS tracking states they still have not received the package yet. My issue with Sundial is their customer service department evidently feels their role is to report facts rather than actually ‘manage’ the problem. Each call I’m assured it will ship soon then it doesn’t. No urgency or ‘let’s get this fixed’. Still waiting and no shipping update. I don’t know if you intended this but your response implies I had something to do with this ‘so called undeliverable address’. I gave you the correct address when I purchased the pendant light and we have received multiple packages from UPS over the past year. To reply that you are correcting a problem not caused by me at no extra charge is misleading at best. BTW, I just checked the UPS shipping tracker that was never used (but I was assured it would be the one used) still has not changed stating that UPS still has not received the package from the shipper.

Doesn't seem legit. Ordered a table with a shipping date of two weeks ago and nothing. Reached out to support and they gave me another shipment date and that has also come and gone. Seems like a drop-shipping company. Who knows if I'll ever get the product.

I bought a console online. I didn`t like its color. I did not even set it and put it back to the box. When I call them, they told that it is not returnable. What kind of store can sell an item without any return option? It is not visible on the sales page. Return policy can only be seen by clicking on it if you pay attention that it is not returnable. At this time, while any store, even one dollar stores, can take back an unused product, you cannot have the option of not taking back any product that is not set and notified to you within 24 hours.

Sundial sent me a defective ceiling fan and wants me to figure it out and refuses to honor refund. I started the return process within 48 hours of delivery and was given the run around. STAY AWAY!

Product is far away from what they show online, delivery was made and we open package 4 days after since wasn’t need it, product looks ugly, colors completely different of show on pictures, we start a return ticket and was denied because they have a 24hrs return policy, save yourself a headache and be away from this company. As General Contractor I’m advising my customers and friends on the trade to do not recommend or buy from this place.

Beware beware beware do not buy from sundialhome.com.Bought $1278 buffet table which arrived damaged inside the box and they putting everything on me like it’s all my fault. I emailed them and open the damage item ticket on their website the same day. It’s been 3 weeks and no solution. Already dispute with my AMEX card. Never ever buying anything from them. Their buisness moto is one time buisness. Awful customer service gives you run around. Save your time and money buy somewhere else.

The website interface for the company was not working and allowing me to select the item I wanted to buy. I called their sales rep to assist me, who told me to just click "add to cart" without selecting any other option and assured me the table I'd ordered was the size/color I was requesting over the phone. After a delayed shipment, I received my order. Not expecting them to ship the wrong item after spending time on the phone with their reps, I unboxed it a couple of weeks later to find that there was a smaller box inside with the wrong size table. The customer service was unhelpful and did not review phone records or take any accountability to assist. I could've bought this table on a larger website without having to deal with their error and poor customer service. I would stay away from using this store, unfortunately, even though they're an in-state company and just go with a larger online business.
