The people are great, the food is wonderful, and you should totally buy this food! For some reason my dog hard stop refused to eat it after 2 weeks of it being his meals. So we switched from chicken to beef. Nope, won’t eat it either. So we tried adding water, heating it up, having it room temp, having it cold… nada. Tried giving it to them just for one meal a day, and they’d skip the meal and leave the food in the bowl. He just won’t eat it now. Not sure if this happened to anyone else, so gonna assume it’s just my crazy doggo lol the food is great so I don’t get it…it just may not be for him. But you should absolutely try it. It’s REAL food!

My dog really likes it! It’s like treats and food all in one! And he no longer strains to poop!

My dog loves. I mean loves the food I have two very very picky dogs. I used to have to make rotisserie chickens for every night and hand feed them. They will now eat straight off the plate. This food. The only negative thing which is not really negative is the last four servings or just crumbs and dust basically had to throw that away. Besides that, great product

The food is GREAT. Superb ingredients. The sample bag was a bit of a surprise, because the food pieces were thicker and harder than the food that arrived in the followup bag. Because my dog is very small (5 lbs) I had to use my hands to break the sample pieces into small enough pieces for her to eat, and because of a repetitive stress injury that was difficult. However, now with the regular food, the pieces are thinner and lighter and easier to break - meaning they end up breaking in shipment - YAY!!! and Betty loves it, so everything works perfectly. We've had no further issues. Betty likes the food.

A company can deliver a great product. However the true nature of the company culture and ethics is measured by how they handle an unfortunate situation with a customer. Not to say the customer is always right. Because to be honest they aren't. To be treated with honesty and respect in the resolution of an issue is paramount to success. My dog Porter loves this food. Been ordering for a solid year. Their customer service is 5 star even on the weekends. I switch it up between the beef and the turkey and he just eats it up. I feel good serving him Sundays. Looks like jerky. Real food air dried for dogs!

The customer rep.s are immediately helpful and are upbeat and cheerful. A pleasure to talk to and they keep their word. Most importantly, my little Cyrus dog loves the food more than treats and human food, except for pizza and is thriving

My Silky Terrier loves Sundays. I used to make her food but wanted to free up my time so I looked for something similar to what I was making - and decided upon Sundays. I have had excellent responses when I need to adjust my delivery schedule and my questions have always been answered in a timely manner.
