Hi Jorge, Happy to help clarify here! We are a subscription based service. Our subscription begins with a trial to ensure you have enough food to get through the transition period, providing you with enough food to help you determine the best recipe for your pup. The quiz assumes that Sundays will be your dog’s main meal, and our standard subscription boxes are designed to last approximately four weeks. After the trial, your next subscription order will be for a full supply which typically lasts around one month. To ensure you have time to make changes, we send an email 48 hours before an order is charged, allowing you the opportunity to modify or cancel the order. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for unwanted orders once the 48-hour window has passed. Hi Michael, I’m sorry to hear your pup isn't loving Sundays yet! We want every pup to enjoy their meals and feel their best. If you think it’s just pickiness, you can try mixing in a healthy topper (cooked meat, shredded cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese), adding warm water or sodium-free broth, or even mixing in a few treats. Rotating flavors can also help! We currently offer Beef, Chicken, and Turkey recipes. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help.

Hi Jenny, Thank you for reaching out! We absolutely understand your concern here and we would be happy to look into this further. Sundays bags should have a fresh smell, consistent with the natural ingredients used in each recipe, upon opening. The scent should be mild with hints of the meat, fruits, and vegetables used to formulate Sundays. We also use a natural preservative to help maintain freshness for up to eight weeks, once opened. All of our ingredients are carefully sourced within the U.S., with the exception of our Beef Bone and Fish Oil, which are sourced from New Zealand. We are proud to use only human-grade meat, which is a higher quality than pasture-raised feed-grade meat. This means our meat is held to the same standards as food produced for human consumption—ensuring both safety and superior nutritional value. Additionally, all of our meat is antibiotic and hormone-free, as we believe in offering only the cleanest, most natural options for your pets. We also avoid using synthetic vitamins or mineral additives in our recipes, as we believe whole, natural ingredients are the best for optimal health. Our air-drying process uses slow, low heat to preserve the nutrition and natural flavors of fresh ingredients. It also includes an FDA/USDA-approved “time and temperature kill step” that eliminates harmful pathogens, so you get all the benefits of a raw diet with none of the mess.
