I ordered my 1st box on May 24th and was told I’d receive it on May 31st. It is now June 3rd, and I have nothing. I was told it was shipped on May 26 by Sunday; however, Fed Ex says they have not received it. I emailed 2 days ago and received no response. I emailed twice today and at least received acknowledgment. They have crappy customer service hours. I want my money back because this is unacceptable.

We really wanted to love this dog food subscription service, but the shipping reliability has been incredibly frustrating. We understand that living in Hawaii can sometimes affect delivery timelines, but in this day and age there’s no reason delivery dates should be this unpredictable and inconsistent — especially for a subscription service centered around pet food. The entire point of a recurring delivery service is being able to rely on it. Instead, we constantly find ourselves waiting, wondering where the shipment is, and scrambling at the last minute to find alternative food for our dog when deliveries are delayed. It’s stressful, time-consuming, and ultimately ends up wasting money because we have to purchase backup food despite already paying a premium for this service. What’s even more frustrating is that customer service has not been proactive when problems happen. Recently, they offered to help with a delayed shipment, but instead of immediately sending the expedited replacement they mentioned, they delayed things further by asking me to confirm the shipping address — the exact same address tied to the active subscription. After that, they responded saying it would still take another 12 days to arrive. How does that make any sense for an “expedited” replacement for pet food people actively rely on? The food itself may be good, but the logistics and customer support seriously need major improvement. A subscription service only works if customers can depend on consistent, timely delivery!!

Im on a fixed income and tried the food for a special treat for my dog. I never read that there was an automatic sign up for more food. They then sent me a bag and charged $219!! Wow. Guess I’m gonna have to try the human grade food myself to make it through the month. They then said I could donate it to a shelter and they’d refund half the cost and were so proud of themselves they sent me a please review our solution link. I think they are heartless, privileged, people ignorant of any working class person.

Sundays for Dogs uses deceptive tactics to circumvent their "Money Back Guarantee." They denied my refund by claiming my trial was delivered on 12/28/25—which was actually the date the order was shipped. Tracking (397231804780) confirms delivery didn't occur until 1/6/26. Despite this, they unilaterally processed two full-priced "negative option" orders on 1/10/26, giving me a window of only four days to evaluate the product. As an attorney, I find their misrepresentation of shipping data and compressed billing cycles to be predatory and a violation of consumer rights. I am demanding a full refund for the trial and subsequent unauthorized orders. If not resolved immediately, I will be filing a formal complaint with the FTC and the State Attorney General. Prospective buyers: beware of these predatory practices.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I filled out their dogfood quiz and they recommended chicken for my dog, though I mentioned twice that the dog had a sensitive stomach. After paying an insane amount of money for the order, I get a text saying that my order has been shipped. Two days later, I get a text saying that I should have gotten turkey instead. So I tried to contact customer service. Apparently, after they get your money, they don’t want to talk to you. You either have to go through chat or jump through hoops to get to a live person. I was told that the order had not shipped, but was already packaged and I would get it anyway. As a courtesy they would refund my money because the quiz did not correlate with the text. Long story short, I never got my order. So I called again today. Had to jump through more hoops to talk to someone. Could not speak with a supervisor without first explaining myself to the person on the phone. Rather than speaking with a supervisor, she hangs up on me. This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Sadly, my dog will not be trying their products. But if their food is anything like their Customer Service, I think I dodged a bullet! Don’t waste your time or your money. They have no clue what’s going on there nor do they care! I will not waste my money with a company who does not have time to speak with me after they take it.

The website is to confusing and very vague! They are not specific in the amount of ounces of dog food you’re getting or how long it’s gonna last. They don’t let you order the amount that you want they tell you how much you need for this reason I’m unsatisfied and will never buy.

Horrible customer service, made my dog incredibly sick, and would not provide a refund for a subscription I didn't even sign up for.

Spend +$800/month on this, which is stupid to begin with, but it takes days to transition your dogs onto it, they still go through a period of diarrhea, and yet, this company cannot seem to ship anything on time, and they make lots of excuses, but bottom line, when they cant deliver, you have to go to something else as a hard reset, and well, the dogs are going to have jet poop for a week. Read the 1 star reviews on their own web site. Worse, they don't even notify you of the delay. It just doesn't ever show up. Then they'll offer you a $50 credit on FUTURE orders (as if your going to order from them after this), so basically, they do nothing to alleviate or provide any redress. Stay away from this company, Don't care what Rocky Kanaka says.
