Sundays for Dogs' shipping and fulfillment is terrible! It takes days for an order to process. Then they ship FedEx, but not 1 day or 2 day. My order left the warehouse on 12/18 and was "scheduled" to be delivered on 12/22 via "FedEx". Delivery date now scheduled for 12/23. Not having an accurate delivery date for our 4-legged babies is unacceptable. I recognize this is the holidays, but this is the second time this has happened!! Shipping and logistics are so bad I would cancel the subscription if my dog didn't like the food so much. Very disappointed.

After extensively researching food for our new puppy, we landed on Sundays. Although we clearly indicated she was a puppy on the questionnaire, Sundays recommended a feeding regime that appears to be for a small adult dog. Our puppy has been voracious and has needed far more food than was recommended. This is the only food I have ever seen (including kibble and raw) where the schedule doesn’t recommend feeding a puppy more than an adult does. Particularly during their rapid growth periods and considering their high activity levels, they generally need far more calories. Given this, it is far too expensive to feed Sundays and we are having to switch our puppy to another food. On the plus side, our dog liked the food.

My dog loves Sundays and generally digests it well even with her sensitive stomach. But, as many others have said, the company has production and/or distribution issues. Our order has arrived late or we've received the incorrect flavor more than 25% of the time since subscribing seven months ago. And since I can't get the food anywhere else online or in stores, this is unacceptable (and stressful!). I see reviews dating back two years complaining about late orders--not to mention, how frequently it keeps happening--so when the company tries to assure me that they've corrected the issue, I'd be naive to believe them. I've now switched my dog's food to a brand that I can buy in stores or online and that is WSAVA complaint. I may continue to keep a small Sundays subscription and use it as a food topper since my dog likes it so much, but I'll never again use it as my dog's main food.

I have very little faith in Sundays understanding of the nutritional requirements for different breeds. The food appears to be high quality and my dog is digesting it well. My problem is how they market and manage the feeding strategy. Sundays' recommendation for a 70 lb. one year old doberman was 3/4 of a baking cup twice per day. No that is not a typo, no it was not a mistake on their part, it was their sincere recommendation. I am using Sundays to phase out frozen raw food I have been adding to my dogs kibble. As I started to use Sundays to replace the raw food my dog was starting to noticeably lose weight. Mind you, she was still eating 2 cups of kibble twice a day, I was only phasing-out the raw food. To cut to the chase she is currently eating two cups of kibble and one cup of Sundays twice a day, and I think she is still too lean. Please be careful with this company's nutritional recommendations, I am suspicious they under report the required food for large breeds so they can advertise a lower per-meal cost. To be honest I don't know why I expected anything more than gifting self-service from an internet dog food company.

Food is great, my dog loves it but customer service and logistics are frankly horrific. Canned responses, only email and chat that have really inconvenient hours and once you get a response it is not ever first contact resolution. No one reads the emails, you have to advocate for help and get a supervisor to get results. I have gotten the wrong food (took several back and forth to resolve because turkey vs beef is really hard), delayed orders, been told I was being sent another order and it never happened. For food this "premium" they should have service and logistics to match. It is incredibly disappointing when your dog is relying on this for nutrients and they could have recommended a larger bag but they didn't. Upon digging, I found myself that I can order larger bags so hopefully that limits my engagement with this amateur customer support team and the logistical nightmare they seem to be running with zero quality control. Do better Sunday's.

I received the trial bag and began the process of switching my dog over to Sunday brand. I have a VERY picky eater. I was hoping that this would be the food he would love and eat every meal. But as usual after a few mixed meals during the trial, he refused the Sunday food. I did get a full order after the trial, and now I have a full bag that he will not eat. I keep offering it to him. But he is not wanting it. I even went back to putting it with his food I was weaning him off of. He still refuses it, and will only eat the original food.

Im thinking this food is not healthy for my dogs. They now have new eye infections, urinary infections, and inflammation in her arm in my younger dog. Older dog has ear infection and eye infection. The only thing that has changed this past month is their dog food. This food i think has impacted their immune system. No change in home, our walking routine, or playtime. No change in sleep, or my work schedule. No changes in our life or home situation to smcause stress. Only changed to your dog food and 2 healthy dogs get all these infections. I'm stopping your food.

They keep trying to charge my credit card even though I canceled. I have reached out over 5 times via text and email, but there is no response and they keep trying to charge me. I have to cancel my credit card
