I like everything about your company but my dog will no longer eat it.

I have been feeding Sundays since its beginning. Food is great and great results with my Doberman. You have recently changed the closure top that used to work fine and held until the bag was empty. The new closure you are using is terrible. It lasts maybe a half a bag, and then tears off one side making it useless. Then you have to use a plastic clip until you open your next bag. Then it happens all over again. Very frustrating to say the least. Please go back to the closure you used that was perfect.

I like the apparent quality of the food. I like the ease of delivery. With the exorbitant price I wish you offered loyal customers a coupon every now and then.

Too expensive and often times shipping delays.

Dogs love the product. Not happy with price increases. $500-600 per month for 2 dogs is a lot. Also feeding amounts are not correct. Dogs were getting too skinny on recommended amounts. Other than that, dogs love it, coats are great, and gut biome seems healthy.
