The customer service does not exist. they don't respond to voice mails, e-mails, phone calls or texts. They took my money two weeks ago and then six days later they told me that the flavor didn't exist and I needed to pick something else. I did. After numerous calls, texts, e-mails and phone calls I got to talk to a human. He assured me the food would be shipped out the following business day. It was not. There's no status on the web page. They also didn't fully refund me for the price difference from the foods.

Had high hopes for this, I wish my dogs had liked it better. I paid $116 for a trial: two weeks of food for two dogs. Before that period ended they billed me again for a full monthly plan, I called and texted immediately when I saw the charge. It shipped two hours later and THEN they replied they saying it already had processed and they refused a refund. Super lame, will dispute the charge.

Was charged for an order on the 12th of August. Notified their Customer Service but never settled anything. This company used to be great but seem to have a problem with fulfilling their subscription orders. $533 was charged but never received anything.

Charged for my order on August 11. It's August 14. No order. We are 3, maybe 4, days away from almost running out because I wanted to try the small bites for our Norwich Terrier, Archie. I emailed customer service 72 hours ago... nothing from Bev. If Bev is even a person. If our food isn't here in 48 hours, we are dropping Sunday. Which sucks because Archie LOVES your food. You are blowing it!

I never received the first order. I emailed several times, used their support AI to report the issue SEVERAL TIMES. Called 4 times to their customer support line , they never had an "agent" that could help and directed me to leave messages which I did, never heard from them...crickets...nada. I cancelled my "plan". I dont think I will be reimbursed for the order that I never received. Their customer service is non existent.

I sent a message to delay my shipment as my dog is only 4.7 lbs. but the food was sent anyway. Now it has been laying in my cupboard for 2vweeks unopened as he is not finished with his last bag. At the end of this August, if the bag remains unopened, it will be a month that the food has been laying unopened in our home. I angers me that now my dog may be eating stale food. I would like to send it back and get a new "fresh" bag for him. I went with your company because I could change my delivery date when needed but this is the third (or more) time I recieved a shipment after I changed the delivery date. Noah's eating habits change frequently. One week he eats all his food the next week he may be grazing. I took him to the vet. and his is fine; in fact he is in very good health.

If I could give Sundays for Dogs a Zero I would. When I first ordered the food I wanted to ask some questions about the food but you can never get a hold of anyone at customer service. They then sent me an email that they were delayed in getting the food ready and it would be coming late. They didn't know when it would be ready. I decided that they weren't reliable so I canceled my order. After my cancellation they put a charge on my credit card. Again, I tried to get ahold of someone and finally an email said I would get a refund. Today I get an email saying my food is being shipped! I tried several times to speak to someone in customer service to let them know I cancelled a week ago and have the email to prove it but no one answers the phone as per usual. I don't want the food. I want nothing to do with Sundays. They are a scam. Buyer Beware!

I have been with you for 3 + years, and the same bag of food just isn’t going as far. I called to ask if amounts had changed and they said no but something is definitely off, For the last three months, the bag I’ve been using every two weeks, isn’t making it two weeks? I was told by Sunday’s employee that maybe I should purchase a bigger bag. We tried bigger bags and the food turned moldy bc we couldn’t use it fast enough. I am a loyal customer, but starting to feel scammed? I haven’t changed amounts or increased feeding times. If I don’t get answers I may start searching for another company. Really disappointed bc I thought I finally found a great company with ethics.😢
