Great quality
Overall experience has been great. Shipments are very speedy. Just wish they would share more info about digestibility of the food. Air dried food quality is great. 👍

Our Co-founder and Chief Veterinary Officer Dr. Tory Waxman started Sundays as a solution to her own everyday problem: She couldn't find a dog food that was as nutritious and fresh as home-cooked meals and as convenient as dry food. And that’s how Sundays, the first fresh, air-dried food of its kind, was born. Our mission is to make it easier to be an awesome dog parent. We take the headache out of fresh food, making a nutritious and affordable solution that does require a fridge or freezer like leading raw and frozen brands. Sundays has the cleanest ingredients around; is 100% human grade; and has a Customer Care Pack who love dogs as much as you do, and are available every day for you and your pup!
Sundays for Dogs (sundaysfordogs.com) has 1,169 customer reviews on Five Star Index, with an average rating of 4.2 out of 5.

We like the whole idea of Sunday’s foods. I understand why, but it is a bit pricey for a medium to larger dog. That’s the only reason I had to choose 4 instead of 5 stars.

Good food, my skinny boy is keeping weight on for the first time in 6 years. Just wish it didn’t cost so much. The cost is prohibitive.

The food is really good food and my dogs love it. I’ve recommended Sundays to friends and they have seen vast improvements to their dog’s health. My only reason for not giving them five stars are due to the following things: 1. The recommended amount they suggest for our pets seem to be vastly low as our dogs starting losing too much weight so we had to up the daily amount by a lot. The suggestion was 1/8 of a cup twice a day and we give our dogs at least 50 grams per day. 2. The cost is definitely high even though the food is good food. I’m willing pay the amount, but I do wish there was better discounts for subscriptions or loyal customers. 3. I’ve had issues with their website and with my subscription a few times. Customer service is always prompt, helpful and very apologetic however I wish I didn’t have so many issues with my subscription to where I have to monitor the website as we get close to reorder.

I would have given it 5 stars, but I also had the experience of waiting an extra long time to receive my trial pack. However, I did have a good experience with customer service, so I stuck with it. In the end, I like having real food ingredients listed and my dog LOVES it!

First and foremost my dog loves the food. After trying many different types of human grade food, my picky dachshund liked Sundays the best. The first trial bag she received, beef flavor, she devoured. However, the next bags I received were not as good. After using half a bag, the rest was crumbly and my dog was not as interested. I will order small bags from now on, even though they will cost me more in the end. I tried chicken flavor which she didn’t care for, then I tried turkey which she liked but still her favorite is beef. Their delivery is slow so give yourself extra time or set up recurring deliveries which comes on time. As long as my dog is eating it, I will continue getting it. Please don’t change the recipe.

In her seven years, my extraordinarily picky corgi has never eaten a food for longer than a couple months before she started turning her nose up at it and straight up refusing it…until Sunday’s. For over a year now her food games have been minimal and she readily eats her two meals without me having to add toppings and extra enticements or having to hand feed her. I scoop out a measured portion, add a couple supplements, and before I’ve set her plate down she’s there waiting for it. This has never happened with any other food and we have tried it all. Countless different kinds of plain kibble, raw-coated kibbles, wet food, dehydrated food, rehydrated food, fresh food, homemade food, kibble topped with toppers, kibble mixed with wet food and/or fresh foods. And so on. She’d refuse eating to the point that she’d get a hyperacidic stomach and would throw up foamy bile which is obviously not a good thing. Since switching to Sunday’s over a year ago, her eating has been like clockwork which has significantly decreased the frequency of her throwing up from increased acid in her stomach, which has been a huge relief to me! I have had two experiences dealing with customer service over issues, one time I was heard and the issue was resolved promptly, the second time I had to reach out several times to different people on different days to get someone who would help me, which is why I knocked the rating to four. It’s easy-peasy to manage my account and my delivery plan, so to alleviate future delivery stress I will arrange an extra order so that I have a full bag at the ready if there are supply or delay issues. In the end, despite a delayed delivery and being brushed off by a rude customer service employee, this food is still the only one my dog is excited to eat, and so it’s the only choice for me.

It’s been really good knowing that my dogs are getting good food. One of my dogs absolutely loves it. The other one. can take it or leave it. The only thing that I find is rather irritating is, I have to break up all the pieces to smaller pieces one for my littlest one and for the other one to feel like she’s getting enough food. Maybe it’s a finicky parent I don’t know.
