My 1 yr 9 mo rescue girl has been eating Sundays for @ 6 months. She lived with me for the past year. She was on the street for a very short period of time and was only in the shelter for three weeks. She ate canned and kibble, and then I cooked for her for a while and then made the switch to Sundays. Her annual physical is in a few weeks and I'll know better then. Her stool varies a lot and so I'm not 100% sure this is the right food for her. Her treats are all made in the USA or Canada, liver or minimal ingredient low allergy. I'll see what my vet has to say before I can give a glowing recommendation. It all looks good on paper and sure is easy.

This is the only food my picky toy poodle has continued to like. I use it on top of kibble but he generally just eats the Sundays. Customer service over the years has been difficult but hopefully it is improving because I would hate to give up this pure and healthy food.

Great for my dog. I did a lot of research into multiple air dried dog foods companies. I chose Sundays after comparing and contrasting and giving my dog the chance to taste test. I am happy to know my dog is eating a human grade product, and as a picky eater she can actually eat less Sundays versus kibble due to the nutrients rich ingredients in Sundays.

Josh loves your food. Turnaround time between order placed and delivery has improved but could still be faster.

My picky eater, a very charming yet demanding Shih Tzu, seems to really love this freeze-dried turkey. I've yet to have her turn her cute little nose up at it and that's why I will continue with the plan until she does turn her nose up. Yes, it is expensive when compared to store brands but sometimes you get what you pay for, and this seems to be one of those times.

I’m disappointed that you discontinued live person customer service. The reps were helpful and friendly; that personal touch was a bonus.

Your customer service is actually exceptional and fantastic. The reason for only 4 stars is that I am not a fan of your order site (and the question is never asked about that). It is hard to delay a shipment (or not intuitive, at best), so I have had too much food a few times. When I contact your customer service, it always gets resolved quickly, so I do appreciate that.

Sundays has been a wonderful, refreshing change for my dogs and for me. They definitely love it and I love how quick and easy it is to make their meals - just scoop and toss into the bowl. They clean their bowls each time, they've never responded to food this way before. Even my pickiest, who has been on prescriptive off and on, has been devouring Sundays and there are no signs of the GI issues we dealt with before. Their Customer Service is excellent, as transitioning and adjusting for two dogs was a little tricky. I received responses in reasonable time and they were eager to assist. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the jury's still out for us. It is pricey, no doubt, but I understand it is a very high end food. It is nutrient dense, but I still feel I give them too little based on the recommendations (although they're not starving). There are also A LOT of residual crumbs in the bottom of the bag which I can't use, wish that were food. But overall, my dogs REALLY love it and it has checked many boxes for us. Feeding time is easy and I know they're getting the best food for their overall health and nutrition. We're happy :)
