i would give ZERO stars if possible. there are other brands that are much more reasonable and just as healthy. this is a SCAM. I orderei a sample bag and BEFORE I received the sample bag for my dog, they notified that they had sent me (the order that I had to fill out to get the sample). $200 and within two days of receiving the sample, here arrived the order! so only three meals for her to try and eventhough unopened, they would not take any back and want you to donate it to a shelter and provide them the receipt(so they get the tax write off) and offer you a 50% refund. heck, take it to the shelter and write it off our own taxes for the full amount of the purchase price, right. they are insincere and just give you lip service. I wish I had seen allllll the true POOR reviews before I ordered. and, my pup doesnt prefer it over our Spot and Tango sample. i also think the ration is hideous! 1 cup TOTAL per day for my 25# whippet?? seriously? oh yeah, I supplement with my slow cooked human dog food recipe but they do nnot tell you the amount until you receive the "sample". total ripoff. buyer BEWARE. they need to go out of business as money dollars matter and so does integrity with business tactics.

Scam!!!I paid $70 for a two week supply. I got an email saying it was delivered which it was not. I sign in to my account to email them and see that the second order has shipped on the supposed delivery date of trial and cannot be canceled. I also noticed the trial bag was only 36 oz. Supposed to feed a growing puppy for two weeks?? The two week trial is not two weeks of full meals. I emailed explaining that my trial has not arrived and yet they’ve shipped out the full price order for $120. I didn’t even get a chance to decide with the trial. Which is the whole point of the trial. I canceled immediately losing out on $120 after reading all the negative comments online. Should have researched better from the start. Whether the food is healthy or not I can’t say. My puppy will eat anything. I was feeding Farmers Dog which I liked and will stick with.

So I decided to order this dog food when I saw the promotion they have going on (50% and the Fi smart collar). I put in my order and it gave me an estimate of Jan 17-20 when my order would come. I was unaware that this subscription was 200 dollars and when I saw I decided to cancel my subscription as I can’t afford 200 dollar dog food every 5 weeks. I hadn’t received my order yet and it and it was past the 20th and I did not want to be charged the 200 dollars. The moment I canceled the dog food I got an email saying that my order was delayed. I didn’t get the dog food until after the date I would’ve been charged for the subscription (how would I know if my dog liked the food). My dog doesn’t mind the food but she really doesn’t care ab it either way. I also did not receive the fi collar, which no big deal but also why promote this until the 1/31 and not have enough? Idk I just don’t think it’s worth the money and hype people give it. Also I can’t find any way to submit a review on their website anywhere and it seems their reviews are only 5 stars.

Customer Service is nonexistent, all automated responses. Their system doesn't fully update sometimes as I've had duplicate orders (they talk about in their FAQ, and have had trouble going through pages of their cancellation process and it didn't even stick. Phone number is disconnected.

wow, my poor dog got sick eating this crap vomiting and diarrhea needless to say wont be using this crap ever again, was wondering if other pets have gotten sick eating this over rated dog crumbs. also if you have any questions or concerns, complaints forget it you will never get through their "customer service" they are none existent 2/6/25 today I received a reply from Sunday’s bot apparently there are no real people working at this place they just take your money and run. I have not received any resolutions (shocker) I don’t think I will ever see a refund for this overpriced and overrated dog food. I’ve got had but what hurts the most is that I put my dogs health at risk for this crap. Keep my money Sunday but you keep doing this to people and you won’t be in business long you’re not only stealing from well Intentioned pet owners you are endangering the health of many dogs SHAME on you for being an u ethical company!

Do not be fooled by wife (DVM)/husband(engineer) pet parents/founders "made by parents for parents....we just wanted to find something healthy for our pet" feel good. BIG money to be made in boutique pet food market as evidenced by proliferation of brands with online marketing. Some unnamed contracted USDA-monitored kitchen uses USDA minimum time/temp kill in proprietary air-dry process to make jerky like pieces rather than similar low temp extruded kibble. ALOT of that 72 oz bag ends up being crumbs! They do say Midwest Labs hired to test lots (lot # is stamped on bag at least). Website has no link for customers to post reviews. Truly independent sites like this have a disproportionate number of poor reviews. Vet founder still using unsupported and retracted FDA legume-DCM/allergy scare from years ago to promote her 3yr/17 formulation try for just 3 recipes. Similar language to try to paint ALL kibble as synthetic/poor nutrition/low quality and ALL fresh/frozen as expensive/thaw-prep/messy/storage. Apparent that contracted teams for customer service, order processing, and marketing do their own thing. What website says, what customer service rep says, and what actually transpires trial order to automatic subscription plan are NOT the same. Cost per day for my 110# 11 yo malador $10.18 vs $3.41 Champion Orijen kibble from local pet store. IF one trusts unnamed kitchens in Ohio and Nebraska and quality/testing claims, Sundays is really attractive due to 83-91% muscle/organ content and relatively low carb ratio. The only reason they got a test drive from me was my dismay that MARS bought out Champions investor group. That, along with other boutique brand buyouts (ie blue buffalo) goes to say how ludicrous the boutique pet food business is. It’s rare I leave negative reviews however, dealing with this company I feel the need to warn others about their questionable business practices. I ordered the 14-day trial, it arrived 10 days after I ordered it and the company had me marked to send out a full month's order two days before it was supposed to arrive. I emailed multiple times and attempted to call only to receive an automated message that “they were not taking phone calls at this time”. There was no way online that I could postpone the “subscription” and expected my emails to be answered quickly, they weren’t. The full order shipped and the company finally responded 6 days after all my emails saying “sorry, since your dog won’t eat the food you can donate the bags and we will give you a 50% refund”. I’ve honestly never dealt with this very low level of customer service in my 40 years of doing business with companies of all levels. My dog only ate the food once and now refuses to eat it, that says something. BEWARE dealing with this company, I believe the way they operate is making money off of unsuspecting consumers just trying to find a new convenient dog food.

I had ordered 2 orders from Sundays when I was expecting to see the 3rd transaction when they instead email me saying there was an issue with my card. So I go in to update it like they ask and it doesn’t work. I noticed that it changed the expiration date on my card every time I entered it. So I contact customer support. They tell me they can’t process the order and I need to update my card. I tell them as explained I have tried updating it 10 times and it changes the information. For 2 weeks I have been emailing every day trying to get info on this problem but they only respond every 3 days or so. They left Yoda high and dry without food and showed no urgency to help me fix it. Epic fail
