We stayed in a two bedroom unit in Pacifico. The location is great. Communication with staff prior to arrival was challenging. Responses to questions took weeks of repeated emails. In fact I am still waiting for a response to my inquiry about a cash discount that was offered for a fishing trip we booked through GIM. The unit needed a deep clean as well as new furniture. The dining table was very wobbly. The living room chairs were not comfortable at all. We liked the property, the pools, the location.

It was a misunderstanding when trying to book my first vacation and although I was promise availablity I notice a lot of dates where available!! But I must say they was very prompt when helping me fix that misunderstanding and my first vacation I book was great, the room was just as beautiful as the pictures!!

The weather was great n beach beautiful except for one day there are a lot of Portuguese man of war washed up. The condo was clean except the tub looked grimy but could be stained. We had maintenance come on to fix a door. Someone came in while we were gone n left a fan in the bedroom. There was a problem next to us n some water leaked into ours. They should have left a note n told us what was going on. Lots of construction going on. Otherwise we had a great time 😃

The treatment could be more people friendly. I am not the middle man between the actual company and the vacation unit, I am still a visiting customer. However the unit was great and had a nice time.

Have been members of Travel Advantage Network for the past 13 year having purchased through Sundance. We have made great use of our membership with trips to many parts of the country. We are generally quite satisfied with our investment.

Powhatan resort is being remolded and updated. Units are in great shape and basically new. Also the entire is very clean. Staff very friendly. We would come back to this resort when in the area.

When we first joined, the resorts were always like new, modern & clean. Now it seems they have not kept up with the resorts conditions. The last 2 times we went, we were disappointed with the condition of the property.
