The entire concept is based on false advertising. When looking at units during buying process keep in mind that the actual units may be in a much worse shape. Supplies are not adequate, extra charges for everything, lack of on site support, they use 3rd party vendors for cleaning and supplies so if you need anything you can never get it right away at the front desk... etc too many issues to list. Would never recommend, not worth it.

When we missed our connecting flight to Florida due to a computer problem with United Airlines, I called the TAN office to notify them that we would be late getting into Florida (we arrived at midnight instead of 2 PM). I was told I could get the key and packet to the condo at a pickup box on Seven Dwarf Road. After asking several people, including the police, we were told there was no road by this name in Aventura, Florida where our condo was located. We spent a great deal of time in the early hours of the morning trying to find the condo, the pickup box road and they key. Finally at the condo, the security officer helped us get into the building and into the condo. The key to the condo was on the table inside the condo and there was no pickup box in which the key was suppose to be. We were very disappointed in the wrong information we received from the TAN office staff and all the grief it caused us. We were not happy at all with the service.
