Having resided in other communities, including Spruce Creek North and Oak Run, I can confidently state that Amy is the most honest and dedicated manager with whom I have had the pleasure of working. She is consistently proactive, helpful, and unfailingly professional. Amy’s dedication to her role exemplifies the highest standards of resident service. My experience with Son communities has been actually amazing. I feel very comfortable here and the experience has been above and beyond when I’ve had issues with the appliances or anything like that. I put in a work ticket and they are right here when I stop by the office they have answers for me. I’ve also had very good experience with Miguel Salvador very respectful and professional. I give this community five stars. I have actually signed on for another year. That’s how content I am very pleased.

Wow! I was reading through the reviews and had to write one! First off, I think it is wonderful that my park gives a safe home to stray cats! I am a huge animal lover, and it is so awesome to take a walk and have a few friendly cats join me! A few of the residents, including myself, make sure that when new babies arrive, they are neutered/spayed. That way the population isn't out of control. You can choose to feed or not feed them. They are not aggressive or messy. To me, it makes for a very peaceful, pet friendly environment... As for lot rent - cost of living increases yearly! It's a fact of life. It happens at every park, not just sun communities. Get with the times. Or check out other parks before you buy. And the management... I keep reading about how horrible the management is. I have lived at Citrus Hill RV Resort for 4 years now, and I have never had an issue with the management. They are friendly. They are informative. They are educated. And they are fair. I don't see the problem. I am not a social butterfly. Actually, I have never attended an event on site. However, if I wanted to, they offer many different activities to enjoy. And they always include the residents on holidays, so that nobody has to spend the holidays alone. My advice is this - if you hate it so much, move elsewhere! There are plenty of parks to choose from in the area. Don't just sit around and slam Sun Communities! They are doing a great job managing great parks! Great job Heather, Pansy and crew!

I live in Friendly Village, Simi Valley, Calif. I love it here. The manager, Kathy Manderfield, is fabulous. She is kind, considerate and quite knowledgeable about everything. In a world full of complaints, I have none. I always go to management if I hear anything that’s not right. They are always available. I have lived here for almost 10 years, and I plan to stay right here because management is wonderful. Thank you, Janelle Fisher #167
