Suncoast Credit UnionReviews of suncoastcreditunion.com

Was at SunCoast Credit Union, at Winter park Fl 32789,I made three different attempts to open a business checking account, Never in my life felt discriminated till I went to this branch I had to come back three different occasions every time they would ask me for different documents which really made NO sense I still comply and came back and forth with everything they asked after I thought it was finalized a person by the name of Isaac told me that he need it to do a soft pull of my credit, I thought it was oddl, I agree anyway. I know my credit is excellent after he looked at it he said i need it proof of address, I own different properties so it shows on my credit report I explained he still said he need it my ss#. Which it was strange. Waste it like 2 hours never got the business checking account. Never had this situation happen before and have had many accounts in my life, very sketchy the way this branch operates

Tried to open an account, part of opning a account is depositing money So I provided $100 thinking no problem I was with them before and paid off a car. I was denied. Yet they were happy to keep my money up to 5 business days. It is theft and they make money off of this.

What a piece of garbage institution is this. I paid off my car loan and they did not release the title after 10 days. Never banking with them again!

I received a check from one of their credit union members. I went to cash it and I was told that I needed to have a membership with them. I said, I'm sorry, I just want to cash the check. I was told that I have to pay $5 in order to open a temporary account in order to cash the check even though the check is from one of their credit union members. Unbelievable!

Complete garbage card !! Their auto system sucks and no one really wants to help you !!! Stay away from this scam company

What's a piece of crap bank? The dumb tellers applied our son's 2 car payments to the same car instead of his two separate car payments. Then they scored the same late with a penalty. This is a money racket and should be investigated. We are filing court documents to investigate this bank for fraud.

Wait time is horrible tell you 10 min wait ends up being a hour. Attempt to use phone services of they don't have an answer for you they put you back on hold hoping you'll hang up. Try to pay or put money in to a suncoast from another bank they tell you to go to the other bank and get cash yet have atms right there... other institutions could process a EFT in person or debit in person but not them...

Horrible service. I have been a member for 40 (FORTY YEARS) years. A call to customer service today resulted in a wait time of 40 MINUTES. Ironic, probably not. You get what you pay for. They are cheap and provide the ultimate cheap service. Please avoid unless you have a day to kill to call them. Very sad to see what they have become.
