Unfortunately when I ordered from you this time, 50% of my order was defective. I ordered a box of 10 outdoor bulbs and 5 of them didn’t work. I have ordered from you in the past and my order was perfect, all worked but this time they didn’t. I wrote to customer service and never got a response. Disappointing.

I received the wrong product. I returned it according to instructions given. After almost a month I received an e mail today stating I'm getting a refund. What happened to the product I ordered?

We never got a shipping notice after we paid for them, then when I called they told me they were out of stock. Then when I asked why I was never notified I was told that they actually had them ready to ship but they didnt pass the quality inspection test. Don’t appreciate being lied to then left hanging after spending that much money.

They promised free returns but never even replied to my return request. Not a trustworthy seller.

Hello, we notified you the day of your order that the items were out of stock and on back order until further notice and you opted in for keeping the order in back order and to have them shipped once back in stock. They are still out of stock as we are waiting on port issues. If you would like to cancel and refund the order then we can do that as well. I hav yet to get a reply to my return text to your representative who said you sent the lights I requested & I replied that they were not & sent a pic w/ my text showing the incorrect light that was sent. I think the persons name is Poyang.

Hello, We do not have a text option for customer service. But we did see your email you sent recently, and we have responded and taken care of the wrong light that was sent to you. The replacement has already been shipped out to you and should have arrived by now. Our team emailed you the tracking of the replacement item. Please email or call us if you have yet to receive it.

Ordered an expensive transformer stainless steel wifi enabled unit for one of my clients. Turns out it did not have wifi even though the product page said it did and had a video explaining how to use it. No other options or upgrades to get a wifi, customer service said the wifi description shouldnt have been there. Client said it was turning on/off. I called customer service and they said yes they have been having problems with those (but they still sent it out?) and they suggested a plugin which has nothing to do with the problem and would require my client to download a diff app to control the plugin so when transformer turned off and malfunctioned they could turn it back on with separate plugin cord. RIDICULOUS solution. Not helpful.
