I placed my order on August 14, and it was supposed to arrive on September 2. However, today is October 10, and I still haven’t received my order.

My order was delayed several times. Every time I reached out to the team there was another delay in my order, that is, when they actually answered me. When it finally arrived the main screen was extremely glitchy and very slow to load all games. Overall very unhappy with this purchase. Now I am being told I won’t even be able to receive a refund. You’d be better off just buying a vita and modding it yourself. It’d cost less and you have less time waiting for an order.

Sumoshop’s business model seems to be ghosting customers for weeks, offering bogus promises when called out, and then disappearing again. My repair has been trapped in their endless loop of excuses for weeks. If you bought something from them that actually works, count your blessings and pray it never breaks—because if it does, Sumoshop won’t fix it, and they’ll lie to you while keeping your money. Take your business—and your repairs—to actual professionals who know what they're doing.

La verdad no he recibido la ps vita que yo pedi y el sitio web me marca que el pedido ya fue entregado, pero la verdad no he recibido nada ni siquiera me mandaron un Gmail o me llamaron ni nada solamente entre al sitio y aparece que fue entregado la verdad siento que no hay mucha comunicación con el proveedor ni el cliente, voy a esperar 2 horas mas si no me contesta sumo shop store voy a pedir mi reembolso . Ordered August 10th, item never arrived opened a case with paypal after contacting them and getting no where. They sent me an invoice reflecting that I placed my order September 4th and claimed that item was shipped. I ended up winning the case with paypal because I ordered through them so they knew the right date and till this day item never arrived. This business is a joke!

This business is an absolute joke. I ordered a PSP 3000 since August 10th hoping it would arrive for my birthday in September. When this didn't happen I reached out to them to cancel my order but I was told that I couldn't cancel. I filed a complaint with PayPal and all of a sudden I received a confirmation that the item was shipped and will delivered by the 24th of September from August 10th and to matters worse they send me a receipt/recap stating that I placed my order September 4th. This business is obviously a joke and can't be trusted, I definitely don't recommend this establishment and wish I red the reviews before making a purchase.

It took 2 months and me contacting your company several times to get my gba sp shipped. Don't give a time frame if you can't stick with it.
