Stay Away From This Company!
Stay away from this company! They are very unprofessional and will sell you a handheld console that will not even last 90 days without giving you serious issues, such as glitching out and not powering on. They advertise that the internals are replaced with new parts, but this is a lie. You will only receive new cosmetic parts and a screen. Also, their customer service is the worst! Don't waste your time or money!

Hi Reese, Thank you for your review. We confirmed that your order was placed over 16 months ago, which is far outside of our 30-day warranty period. While every refurbished console we sell is tested and covered under that warranty, we cannot take responsibility for how a device is handled or maintained by the customer so long after the coverage has expired. If you’d like, you’re welcome to reach out through our Contact Us page with a short video of the issue, and our team can provide troubleshooting guidance. However, replacements or refunds are only available within the warranty window.

Never got my order
Never got my order. Been almost 2 months and still nothing. Contacted support and they said the address was wrong even tho it was right.

If you haven’t already, please check with your local post office or parcel locker for retrieval. Our support team is also happy to assist in locating your package.

Refused to honor their exchange policy…
Refused to honor their exchange policy with my defective PS Vita purchase. I followed all guidelines they walked me through and once the unit was bricked they stopped responding. The unit never worked as promised/designed, and the only reason why it’s unusable now is due to their instructions/guidance to fix the analog drift I was experiencing. Don’t do business with this shady company.

The product was good in the beginning…
The product was good in the beginning but then it was giving me issues and communicating with the shop was a bit of a hassle because I'm not getting responses right away or at the earliest convenience even when I'm requesting to return the product. I wish the product had a better variety of games or at least away for you to download what you want and the device does not last the 8 hours that was mentioned on the website

Horrible customer service
I ordered a psp with upgraded ips screen an the very day i ordered i also requested a Cancellation through 3 different emails i even spoke with the automated service on the website and they never helped me to cancel mind you it took almost 2 months to fill the order it couldve been cancelled

Over a month wait, No help
I ordered a controller off their website for 200$ back on 4/29/25 and as of 6/4/25 it hasn’t even been put out of production, I’ve contacted them on multiple occasions to no avail and lately haven’t even gotten a response. Customer service is no help whatsoever as all they tell you is “your order will be shipped out shortly, sorry for the delay”

Poor Quality of PS Vita
Purchased on PS Vita OLED off them last month. The controls lag and screen is dim. I emailed customer service and they said to send a video. I responded how do I make a video on control lug. No response so in other words there is no returns allowed. Save yourself money because its not worth the price tag and there is a no return policy.
