Thank God for Amazon, I will never have to use Summit Racing ever again! Every part is available on Amazon, sometimes at lower price and for Prime customers NO SHIPPING FEE! NO MINIMUM! FREE RETURNS! Summit has become the summit of bad service. Have purchased over $100K in parts from them over the years and the service has become horrible. Customer service is nonexistent and if you do manage to get one of their service reps on the phone, they treat you like crap, never do ANYTHING to fix the situation. Never spending another dime with Summit. Have already found over $1200 in parts for my recent build on Amazon from the SAME manufacturers.

After placing a order and waiting for my package to arrive, I received a notification it arrived via email. Never did i receive my order and FedEx said they delivered it but never did. And so started the process. Contacting FedEx, I could not do anything due to summit listing the contacts for shipper and reciever as themselves. So I contacted summit. And was told FedEx said I signed for a package( I never did) and that I needed to contact them. Restart the process. FedEx sent me back to summit, summit told me they. Couldn't do anything unless i got a police report. Got a police report. Summit told me they couldn't do anything unless the case was closed they were sent the report. Even the sheriff's department couldnt believe everything since we had video of our home and delivery for the time in question. Proof we we were not home during the time of delivery and the fact the name signed was neither mine nor my wife's. Many conversations and arguments with summit later I had to threaten to dispute the charges with my bank and credit card company based on fraud and they finally agreed to replace the item. No thank you for doing the leg work of the job, no discount for my time and distress. Nothing. Then these people send me a survey and ask me how wonderful my experience was. After receiving the worst score they could they ask for additional comments Here is what they got *The entire process of dealing with my missing order and lost package resulted in multiple days and hours of my time wasted. Not only did I have to do the investigating, I also had to contact local law enforcement to still be told I would need to do more just to get my order resent. This is all after I provided all the data, facts, and evidence needed to bring the issue to a close on the first conversation. Only after I threatened to dispute the charges with my credit card and bank did summit/you finally agree to replace my order. No credit or discounts for later purchase was offered. No solutions or ways to improve the situation was offered. Just a basic we will not do anything until you complete x. Upon completing x, you requested me to perform another task. Terrible customer relations and services in that regard.*

Ordered 9 suspension items on 4 July 2026 with consolidated international shipping to Australia. Summit confirmed in writing my order would be held until all items were available to avoid separate shipping charges. After the expected shipment date slipped by months with no explanation I requested a spring swap from BMR to Steeda. Summit confirmed they would make the change. They then shipped the order the same day without the springs anyway due to an internal processing error. Despite multiple escalation requests over two weeks, no supervisor ever responded. Summit then attempted to charge me an additional $200+ USD in shipping for their own mistake. They still have not refunded me the cost of the springs I paid for months ago or the excess shipping I paid for. I have now initiated a chargeback with American Express and purchased the springs elsewhere at additional cost. I will not be using Summit Racing again due to their incompetence, dishonesty and lack of response to genuine refund requests needed due to their poor admin and processes.

Summit racing I ordered a set of voxx replicas for my challenger they sent me order form and said I would recieve the wheels in one week. In the mean time I was researching fitment once I had the info I called summit racing and ask them to update the order form for purchasing. I ask when I would get them they said 4 weeks minimum I said when I made the order you said one week. Now summit says they are special order and will take four weeks I made some calls myself and found out the wheels are on back order and not only that they are cheap cast aluminum that are unsafe for high powered cars. Summit racing was trying to pull a fast one like in the past let you order take your money then the next day send you an email saying the item is on back order This has happen more than once Summit racing is all about Lies. Fraud. No transparency business tactics. I ordered a set of forged wheels straight from weld racing wheels they are special order and they told me that right away and said it would be about four to six weeks leed time there were honest right from the start Stay away from summit racing Summit racing also there agents taking your orders are working from there homes So when you give them your personal information it is at someone’s home who knows where and they could be collecting it making there own diary for fraud later who knows all I do know is giving your personal information to someone working out of there home is not smart business Beware

Sold me a defective Smittybilt winch and would not honor the warranty after 4 months.

Terrible service will never buy from summit again. I ordered a carburetor and told the service rep what the application was for. He told me all that I needed for my order and the order was placed. He was not correct in what I needed and summit wants to charge me 12.99 to ship one very small bracket that should have been shipped with my intial order. So for 12.99 they have lost a customer that is working on two more vehicles. I will purchase from Jegs

Called for rear bearings for a JK JEEP WRANGLER and the phone person asked what rear I had ,I was ready to give him all the info I knew /had and he hung up on me.

Bought cylinder heads with the understanding they came with the rocker arms and bolts. The product description clearly states that they do include rocker arms, studs and bolts. I received my order and the rocker arms were not included. I contacted Summit three times in a matter of a week about the missing items and i was told that either the manufacturer forgot to include them or the website was incorrect but either way they would make it right for me. I heard nothing back for days so i called back. So Basically the manufacturer does not include even though the website says they do. And customer service basically said too bad, sorry about your luck, even though it clearly says on their webpage description that the rocker arms are included they are not going to honor it and if i want i can just return them. Very bad customer service. Will never purchase from them again. Rock auto is the way to go.
