Ordering with summit always is exceptional, as everybody always shoes a lot of knowledge, help and the attitude to make impossible things possible - serious! Working together with Summit since 2007/2008, I have a lot experience in asking for "impossible" things, last moment or back-ordered parts, and nearly every time Summit had a solution. Still, this time I had a very nice surprise with Kay, who made it possible to solve some really rare parts and delivery time problems, speaking with her several times, she did not forget me and put a lot of time into helping me, and she solved EVERYTHING!!! so I think this deserves a special review - THANK YOU KAY, you made my day !!!!!!!

My experience with Summit could not have been better. Ordered "only one in stock" rear spring (Bilstein). Price was "list," though many other companies have raised prices for Bilstein greatly during these "shortage" times. (Most sources are out of stock.) I had placed the order in the evening after normal hours. Summit said 2-4 days for arrival. They are fairly close, though, and my "spring" arrived 36 hours after I ordered. Very pleased. After I purchased, the website said "out of stock." Seemed very honest to me. I have been abused by others (CARID) stating "in stock, order now" when they have no stock.

I’ve spent thousands of dollars with summit in the past couple years and have been thoroughly impressed with their customer service. Tonight I placed an order which needed to be special ordered over the phone, the salesman spent over an hour with me making sure I got everything I needed and didn’t make it feel like I was a bother at all (even with my many questions/concerns). Summit racing is my first stop for anything I need now. I’ve placed orders with the other bigger names and have had issues. 5/5

Wow ! ... what great service here. I am from Sweden and have ordered from Summit Racing several times...both myself and with friends. And when something has presumably been wrong or broken, the company has sent new stuff without fuss. So I feel really safe to order from them.

I have nothing but great things to say about Summit. They know what to order if YOU give them the exact information. If the part is wrong just have it exchanged. Nixon, Curtis and Erin thank you for your professionalism.

I've been dealing with Summit Racing for over 20 years now. Very easy returns, and great place to find parts for obsolete vehicles. The website has gotten worse and the item descriptions have gotten sloppier. The search engine is pretty bad now, so you're best to go department to department to find parts. All in all its still a great place to by parts. If any doubts before you order, you can always call them for more information.

Okay, my experience was great! Haven't ordered anything from them since about the time of my Jeep build back in 2005, but as a woman, I have little patience especially when my radiator goes and I want to be driving my rig. Cross referenced my parts on Mopar sites to make sure I was looking at the right parts. Found Summit to be cheaper with faster shipping. They didn't have my radiator in stock, but I ended up getting everything I wanted to replace since the radiator was gonna be out, and it was trail worthy again within a week. Will use them again (over Quadratec) simply because they seem to carry a more comprehensive range of Mopar parts for my Wrangler.
