Mike Lattery did excellent work in securing our mortgage and bridge loan. He was superbly thorough and spent many hours talking me through the details and complexities to assure I could build a house without selling my former one first. He recognized proper urgency when it was necessary and pushed our builder and our builder's realtors to provide the necessary pieces for us to close on time and move in to our house on our schedule.
