Great people to work with. They know what they are doing and work very hard to get you a mortgage for your home.

Overall we had a very positive experience, the team communicated when something additional was required. We had some tight timelines but were able to get everything completed to close on time.

If it was in small print I missed it, but at the time of pre-qualification it would have been helpful to be aware not to move any money around...as a first time homebuyer I did not know about this and it turned out to be very stressful

For a mortgage the process was organized and easy even with all the documentation needed

The process was so rigorous demanding as my case was a bit complicated. It took a lot of patience and dedication by the loan officer to get things done and on a time to meet up with the closing. I did not understand one or two prepaid charges but in all, the loan officer was very helpfull. Will recommend her to others.
