Great experience
Great experience. Scott made the process pain free. He was very prompt at answering any of our questions, and there were no surprises at closings. I would highly recommend Summit Mortgage.

Great organization to work with.
Our transaction was exceptionally well handled by professional staff. Very good communication leading up to our sign-off meeting and good explanations for any questions we had during the session. (Good coffee and candy too!). 🙂

Best home loan experience EVER!
We had a great experience! The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked diligently to ensure that our loan had total approval way ahead of schedule. We will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family as well as returning in the future should we need to buy another home.
