Nicole Paolini was extremely professional, personable and capable in arranging my mortgage. The were many requests from me for information which she did her best to address. For information requested of me she was willing to work with my time limitations. She also helped me in (a ridiculously non-digitally savvy person) at her office to get many of the documents printed or e-mailed to her.
