Jeff was great. He was very responsive, and walked us through everything. While he was exceptional at answering questions as they arose, a general note: I feel that I had SO many questions and I think both my realtor and my mortgage person got annoyed with me. I dont really know how to tackle that other than to suggest somehow providing more information up front? I dont know. Maybe it was just my situation, but I just felt like i genuinely didnt understand what was going on always

As a first time home buyer, I was very overwhelmed, even with all the reading and preparation that I have done, it was very intimidating. I was referred to Summit Mortgage by a close family member who enjoyed their experience, so I followed suit. I worked closely with Kevin and his coworkers and the process was enjoyable and definitely reduced the stress that I initially had of the process.
