Dan Hughes with Summit Mortgage exceeded our expectations. If I ever had questions, he was right there explaining the process or giving me answers as soon as possible. Dan works very efficiently but also takes the time to make sure everything is set to fit your needs first. This made the home buying process go so smoothly having Dan by our side.

Patty Mclain was the most helpful during the home buying process.
Patty Mclain made our home buying experience a lot easier than we imagined. She was always excited to hear our good news and hopeful when we had bad news. We had a lot of questions that Patty always knew the answer to. Any missing peice we had she help to make sure we got everything together on time. We have recommended Summit Morgage and Patty already to our friends!

This was truly a wonderful experience
