Summit Mortgage was great to work with. Everyone that I dealt with was very helpful and got back to me ASAP by phone or emails. Buying a house was a year long process for me and I never got the feeling that I was being put on the back burner. I would HIGHLY recommend them to any and every one.

I would recommend this company to anyone who knows none or very little about the process of buying a house and getting a mortgage. I worked with wonderful person, who was honest with me about my options, explained the process to me numerous times, explained the need for various forms and promptly followed up with my requests for changes.
