Best mortgage company I’ve every worked with. Everything was effortless for my husband and myself. Titus was there for us whenever we or our realtors had a question or needed information.

Kerry and her staff made the whole experience go very smoothly. She was on top of everything thourghout the process. I received emails and phone calls right away if there were any issues or documents that were needed. I would definitely would recommend Summit Mortgage. Also got an excellent rate!

Great Experience!
We used Summit Mortgage to purchase a new home and I couldn't be happier with our experience. Mike Lattery was so great to work with. He was always available to provide guidance on the process and ensure that we were getting the best rate possible. I also had a ton of questions throughout the process and he was always incredibly responsive, patient, and very thorough. Purchasing a new home is a huge process and can be very scary, but I felt like Mike had our back the whole time. Next time we purchase or refinance, Summit will be my first call.
