I ordered the 2 cases of the large Nature's Variety Instinct cans 13.2 oz size, a bag of freeze dried treats and a toy. I cannot be any happier when I received it...all intact! No dented cans, no "beaten up" box that was tossed around like you'd think, considering I live on the West coast, far, far from NY (its original source) and though it did take 5 business days for it to arrive (it's the middle of winter afterall, too), I was very, very pleased with how well securely it was packaged in the box. I've ordered stuff online from another vendor from the East coast a few times, and experienced the some damaged goods, and though their customer service was excellent in replacing them, I still found it troublesome to have to wait another week for the replacements to arrive. It just feels so good to have it delivered right just once, and have everything intact! Summer's Paw also relieved my concerns before ordering and answered all my questions (regarding my hesitation in shipping) very quickly...the same day responses! I also got good feedback from them as well, since I've got 2 kitties (no dogs) and will probably continue to order food as I need it. No hesitation in recommending it to others, especially for those on the West Coast. Just expect it take at least 5 business days. I was actually happy to get it on time, as you know how bad weather (especially blizzard-like conditions) can affect each delivery! Many thanks to Summer's Paw, on all fronts!

I LUV, LUV, LUV this company. I searched for an online natural treat company for my pets and finally found one that DELIVERS every time. Their pricing is good, shipping is reasonable and, most importantly, FAST... and their communication is wonderful. Every package comes packed with care and a surprise is included. This one is a keeper! They have one satisfied customer here - I'm passing their cards out to all my friends with pooches and kitties in hopes they will become happy customers as well.

I have dealt with several online companies to purchase treats for my dog. I often order for several friends who have multiple dogs so my order can be quite expensive. After 3 orders, the items that I have ordered from companies other than Summer's Paw have gone up tremedously in price. Almost 50%. With one company, I ordered 100 curly q's and the last two orders had 98 orders in the box. The last time that this happened, I called the company and made a complaint because that is about $10 in products.. They sent me 1 curly q that had been cut in half. I sent the company a picture of what was sent and the company offer to send me an additional treat. However, that showed me their character. Also, the Jones curly q's from Summer's Paw are individually wrapped with the Jones logo on the packing. The other company sent me a box with bulk curly q's. After thinking about it, I wondered if the treats were from the Jones company. It is very important to me to have treats for my dog PRODUCED AND MANUFACTURED in America. So, I stopped ordering for my friends and told them to order seperately from me. I love Summer's Paw and I hope our relationship contines for many years.
