The products are fantastic and always arrive in a timely fashion. :)

They had what I needed, when no one else did, and their delivery time was very fast. Two good traits!

All good here. They had what I wanted in stock, fairly priced and shipped quickly.

Great company. Great prices. The items I order always arrive quickly, packed carefully but with no excess or wasteful packaging. I place large orders, and they've always given me a gift of quality dog treats with the order.

My little dog loves this food.

They always have the product I am looking for and their shipping is quick.

Excellent service...

I spoke to a great service guy named Jimmy, he was truly an exemplar of what service should be. Knowledgeable, personable, and helpful all without being pushy. That man was quite the find. Additionally I would say that when I ordered the bag of food, it arrived lickety-split which was not my expectation. I was really expecting more of a 3-5 day delivery window. Lastly Jimmy mentioned that you guys are revamping your website. I assume it's based on some feedback you've gotten from customer, or some online analytics but I for one thought the website was easy enough to navigate with decent performance, and better than some and equal to all other pet-store related websites. That's just my $0.02 for what it's worth.
