Dear Customer, Thank you for choosing our products and for taking the time to share your feedback. We extremely understand that receiving an item that does not meet your expectations, combined with a delay in delivery is disappointing. This certainly does not meet the standard we aim for. As for the delayed item, we’ve urgently contacted our shipping partner to locate your order and pushed the transportation. To clarify, our size chart is designed to correspond to measurements during pregnancy. We understand this can be confusing, and we deeply apologize that the chart led you to a size that wasn't right for you. For future reference, we always encourage customers to reach out to our customer service team for personalized sizing guidance if there is any uncertainty. We have already shared your valuable feedback with our product team. We are committed to continuously refining our size charts to provide the most accurate and helpful recommendations for our customers. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we truly hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in our service. Our customer service team would provide with proper resolution to both issues. Thank you again for your support and for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate your understanding. Best regards,

Dear Customer, Thank you so much for taking the time to share this detailed feedback about your return process. We are sincerely sorry to hear that your experience was not as smooth or easy as it should have been, and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Your insights are incredibly valuable to us. You’ve highlighted two very specific and important areas for improvement: the need for a printer to use our shipping label (which wasn't clear upfront) and the policy regarding store credit for returns. We agree that these points can create friction for our customers. We have already forwarded your suggestions directly to our operations and web development teams. We are continuously working to build a website and a process that is as seamless and customer-friendly as possible, and your feedback is a crucial part of that effort. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. It helps us get better. Thank you again for your patience and understanding. Best regards,
